Some happy endings aren't about finding a new family—they're about finding the way back to the one that never stopped searching.

When Boogie was found lying safely in the middle of the road, local police brought him into our care while we worked to locate his family. Although he wasn't injured, we knew someone had to be missing him.

That someone was his dad.

After months of searching and refusing to give up hope since April, Boogie's family was finally reunited with him. Watching them see each other again was a reminder of why we do what we do.

Not every rescue ends with an adoption. Sometimes the greatest success story is bringing a beloved family member back where they belong.
