Be the reason a tail wags again!

Volunteer!!

Our volunteers are the backbone of our organization. From trapping and transporting community cats for spay/neuter services to fostering homeless animals, assisting at adoption events, caring for animals in our shelter, and helping with fundraising efforts, volunteers play a critical role in everything we do. Whether someone can give a few hours a month or become deeply involved in our daily operations, every contribution makes a meaningful difference.

Through our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program, dedicated volunteers work throughout the community to humanely trap feral and community cats, have them spayed or neutered, and return them to their outdoor homes. This proven approach improves the health of cat colonies and helps reduce the number of kittens born into difficult circumstances. We also provide low-cost spay/neuter resources, foster care, adoption opportunities, and support for animals in crisis.

In addition to our rescue efforts, our volunteers and fosters often respond when local law enforcement or community members reach out about sick, injured, abandoned, or vulnerable animals. We believe every life matters and that every animal deserves the opportunity to be safe, healthy, and loved.

If you are passionate about helping animals, we invite you to join our team. Whether you're interested in volunteering, fostering, adopting, donating, or simply learning more about our work, there is a place for you at St. Clair TNR & Rescue. Together, we can create a brighter future for the animals who depend on us.
