This dog was microchipped to Missouri and dumped in O'Fallon and the owner simply doesn't want him anymore. He is over 8 years old and I'm not going to let him spend the end of his life in a shelter. I've had the dog for 2 weeks looking for a home and now he's got a hematoma on his ear and I have a vet appointment at l & f vet services at 3:45 today.
